I like the color, and the proportions... it's so cutie that it looks like a Lego Town.
Congratulations, awsome photo.

It starts at big red house, heading towards the tree and then following the path to the curve, then up to the hill, and back again. Yep! The composition is really strong and flawless!!! (And don't listen to anyone who blame you for centered horizon
Another part is the light. I like the way how shadows from clouds are traveling through the landscape. This is my most favorite way how to enhance feeling of depth
And finally few things to improve: If you look to the clouds, you can find overburned areas. I know it was difficult in such contrasteous light, but it was first aspect that distracted me. There must be some method how to improve it. If everything else fails, you still can use autobracketing and then stitch both versions together.
Minor problem are three small brown spots in the sky around centre of picture. That shall be tweaked.
Colors: Maybe way too much saturated. Easy, easy ....

I think a good title would be "How Green was My Valley," after the classic movie. The vibrant colors are nice, and it's a lovely composition. I like this shot.
