I recently moved to Philadelphia where I started to discover some of the local events, such as this. Many of people were dancing at the Native American's celebration.

I love the vibrant color and moment itself, even so the green makes this a little busy and the subjects doesnt stand out at it could be... Even so, great Capture! +9/10

too much going on in this image. the subject matter is good, but the comp leaves a lot to be desired.
I hate to say it, but if truth is to prevail...
it looks like a tourist snapshot.
